Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive L&D/OB nursing care across labor, delivery, and postpartum units.
• Monitor fetal status and maternal condition; perform ongoing assessments and document changes.
• Support laboring patients through all stages of labor; administer medications and pain relief as ordered.
• Assist with deliveries, including vaginal and cesarean births, in collaboration with the OB/GYN team.
• Manage postpartum care, discharge planning, and patient education for new families.
• Respond to obstetric emergencies per protocol and coordinate with multidisciplinary team members.

Requirements

• Experience in OB, labor & delivery, and postpartum care with ability to manage high-acuity obstetric patients
• Ability to work night shifts with on-call schedule; flexibility for occasional day coverage
• Ability to work in a hospital setting in Anaconda, Montana
