Active NC RN license and at least 12 months of geriatric/long-term care experience are required. Credentialing should be completed by 10/10/2026 or ASAP, with onboarding during the first shift.

Qualifications

• Ability to work 8-hour evening shifts (3:00 PM–11:00 PM).
• Credentialing/onboarding completed by 10/10/2026 or ASAP.
• Willingness to work in Washington, NC.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to geriatric residents in accordance with individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures per provider orders; monitor patient responses.
• Assess residents, update care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team; communicate with physicians and families as appropriate.
• Monitor safety, infection control, vital signs, pain management, wound care, and fall prevention; assist with activities of daily living.
• Support admissions, transfers, and discharges; document progress notes and ensure accurate charting in the electronic health record.
• Uphold professional standards and regulatory requirements; maintain a compassionate, patient-centered approach
