Job summary

Estacado Federal Credit Union is seeking a dedicated Training Coordinator to build and support a skilled team across our branches. You will coordinate training, deliver onboarding, and partner with supervisors to meet training needs.

Travel between Lovington, Hobbs, Eunice, and Denver City to provide hands-on training and support, while helping develop and maintain employee policies and procedures. A degree in Training & Development or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Training & Development, Business, Education, or a related field.
• 2+ years of training coordination, instructional design, or staff development in a financial institution preferred.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate & track onsite and offsite position-specific training.
• Lead new employee orientation and onboarding.
• Partner with supervisors to identify and meet training needs.
• Help develop and maintain employee policies and procedures.
• Travel between Lovington, Hobbs, Eunice, and Denver City to deliver training and provide hands-on support.
