The US Oncology Network is seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager to join Texas Oncology in San Antonio, with 25–50% travel. Leads the Revenue Cycle Department and oversees all aspects of revenue cycle operations, aiming to optimize KPI performance and ensure client satisfaction.

Ideal candidate has 7+ years in revenue cycle with strong medical billing knowledge, oncology billing experience, and proficiency in PMS platforms and MS Office. Role requires strong leadership and process-improvement skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance or Business or equivalent, or 7+ years revenue cycle experience.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medical insurance billing, CPT/HCPCS, ICD-10 and medical terminology.
• Familiarity with oncology billing and multiple PMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Directs the daily operation of the revenue cycle liaison department to ensure client satisfaction.
• Ensures daily, weekly, and monthly liaison functions are performed.
• Oversees all liaison functions and KPI performance related to revenue cycle.
• Monitors responses to site of service concerns and follows up professionally.
• Recruits, hires, and develops staff; evaluates performance and merit actions.
• Identifies process gaps and develops tools to improve efficiencies.
• Maintains knowledge of payor policies and applicable laws for revenue cycle management.
