Job summary

MKH Search is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent based out of Atlanta, Georgia, to oversee retail and grocery store construction projects. You will manage on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience, strong leadership abilities, and familiarity with construction management software. This role includes travel throughout the Southeastern United States as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on retail or grocery construction projects.
• Proven experience managing occupied renovations or ground-up retail developments.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day field operations for construction projects.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site personnel.
• Conduct regular site inspections for quality control.
