Zusammenfassung

MPI is seeking a seasoned Construction Superintendent to manage field operations across retail and commercial projects in the Southeast, with occasional travel to Texas. The role demands hands-on leadership, strict safety, and on-time delivery within quality parameters.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of ground-up commercial experience, strong scheduling and coordination skills, and the ability to travel as needed. Georgia residents are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 5 years of commercial construction superintendent experience.
• Proven experience managing ground-up construction projects.
• Retail project experience preferred.
• Experience in mixed-use, vertical concrete, hospitality, or broad commercial construction.
• Strong scheduling, subcontractor management, and field coordination.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day field operations on retail and commercial construction projects.
• Lead project scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and site logistics.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within quality expectations.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, clients, architects, and trade partners throughout construction.
• Conduct site meetings, inspections, and progress reporting.
• Proactively identify and resolve field issues to minimize project delays.
• Oversee project closeout activities and turnover to ownership.
