Ruskin, an Air Distribution Technologies, Inc. subsidiary, is seeking a Project Manager to plan, lead, and coordinate activities for designated project orders. You will align cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure projects meet budget and quality expectations from planning through final delivery.

The role requires a results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and consistently delivers excellence, with travel to production facilities and jobsites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 2+ years in product application, project management or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering to assign projects to project managers.
• Create project summaries and request drawings from Engineering.
• Facilitate meetings with drafters to develop timelines.
• Enter cases for Engineering review and prepare preliminary calculations.
• Communicate engineering schedules to customers.
• Review drawings post-submittal and address revisions.
• Assess changes for re-pricing and coordinate with Sales/Marketing.
• Oversee release of orders and communicate material requirements for shipping.
