Job summary

CPI Mobile LLC, headquartered in Seneca, SC, is seeking a production helper to operate grinders and shredders, feed rigid plastics, and ensure safety compliance on 12-hour shifts. The role requires physical stamina, adherence to SOPs and PPE, and the ability to travel for site work across the US.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of industrial equipment experience, basic math and mechanical skills, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industrial equipment operation experience.
• Must be able to read and use basic measurement/quality logs.
• Follows safety procedures and PPE requirements in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with conveyors, grinders, or shredders is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate grinders/shredders and feed materials onto conveyors safely.
• Meet daily/weekly production targets and accurately log output.
• Prepare, sort, and package materials for transport or storage.
• Perform basic daily maintenance checks on equipment.
• Report safety or equipment issues to supervision and correct as directed.
