Responsibilities

• Explain procedures to patients and maintain a calm, trusting environment.
• Travel between two accounts as needed by the business.
• Adhere to all safety, confidentiality, and documentation requirements.
• Maintain accurate patient records and labeling post-venipuncture.
• Work under supervision to ensure timely processing and accuracy.
