Job summary

Ideal Dental is seeking an Orthodontic Manager to lead the Specialty Team and enhance the guest experience across our Dallas clinics. You will coordinate schedules, manage patient flow, and support both front and back-office functions while maintaining high standards of patient care.

The role reports to the Specialty Regional Manager and focuses on growth, efficiency, and service excellence. We value clinicians who are committed to learning, collaboration, and delivering compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Orthodontics experience required
• Minimum of 1 year dental management experience preferred
• Experience with treatment plans required
• Insurance verification experience required
• Digital practice software experience

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a smile and provide friendly service
• Answer phones and schedule appointments with a positive attitude
• Maintain flexible scheduling and communicate changes to patients and staff
• Maintain full schedules and ensure smooth office flow
• Collect balances and verify insurance when needed
• Present accurate patient treatment plans and determine coverage and patient responsibility
• Review upcoming schedules and audit accounts as needed
• Coordinate patient check-in and check-out
• Perform all duties related to supporting the office
• Oversee schedule of staff, doctors, and patients
• Motivate the Endodontic Team to achieve revenue goals
• Manage endodontic front office and back-office staff
• Pursue ongoing learning and professional development of the Endodontic Team
• Complete reports accurately and timely
• Handle all other duties as assigned
