Job summary

Lexicon is seeking a Site Manager for a full-time onsite role. You will coordinate project scope with the client site team and erector, track deliveries and FCNs, and report progress to the Project Manager.

The position requires at least 6 years in steel fabrication/erection, familiarity with AISC and OSHA, and strong communication; periodic travel may be needed. Excellent scheduling and log-keeping are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience with steel fabrication and/ or steel erection.
• Familiar with AISC and OSHA requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to learn new software used by clients.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site meetings, scheduling, deliveries, and erector management.
• Communicate project scope with erector, client, and trades when required.
• Report issues, milestones or incidents to the Project Manager.
• Maintain delivery log and manage site deliveries with shipping.
• Prepare daily reports and track progress of the project.
• Document, track and research fabrication errors and erection issues (FCNs) and coordinate corrections.
• Track design changes and revised drawings to coordinate with the site team and change orders.
• Work overtime including weekends and maintain punctual attendance.
