Lexicon is seeking a Site Manager for a full-time onsite role. You will coordinate project scope with the client site team and erector, track deliveries and FCNs, and report progress to the Project Manager.
The position requires at least 6 years in steel fabrication/erection, familiarity with AISC and OSHA, and strong communication; periodic travel may be needed. Excellent scheduling and log-keeping are essential.

The Site Manager is a full time onsite position that is responsible for the onsite coordination of the project scope of work under the direction of the Project Manager. This will include the coordination between the client site team and the erector, delivery tracking, Field Change Notice tracking, and schedule progress reporting.
Minimum of 6 years of experience with steel fabrication and/ or steel erection. Must be familiar with AISC and OSHA requirements. Must have proficient oral/written communication skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, have the ability to learn new software used by specific clients.
Some overtime required to meet deadlines. Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds occasionally. Requires long periods of sitting. This position is fulltime onsite which may require temporary travel for extended periods of time. All of the physical demands listed are essential functions.
