Job summary

Lexicon is seeking a Site Manager to coordinate the onsite scope of work under the Project Manager, serving as the main contact for site meetings, scheduling, deliveries, and erector management. This full-time, onsite role requires travel to Arizona and/or Ohio as needed and effective collaboration with the client and site team.

The position demands a minimum of 6 years in steel fabrication/erection, familiarity with AISC and OSHA, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience with steel fabrication and/or steel erection.
• Familiar with AISC and OSHA requirements.
• Proficient oral and written communication; able to learn client-specific software.

Responsibilities

• Main point of contact for site meetings, scheduling, deliveries, and erector management.
• Coordinate project scope with client site team and erector; track deliveries and FCNs.
• Prepare daily reports; track progress and design changes; coordinate corrections.
• Maintain delivery logs and manage site deliveries with shipping.
• Overtime and travel to projects as needed, with punctual attendance.
