Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking a Network Install Technician to move and install large enterprise equipment across data center sites in the BERWICK, PA region.

You will install fiber and copper cabling, patch cables, and maintain safety standards while supporting 24/7 operations. Qualified candidates have a High School diploma and at least 1 year in related technical roles, with certifications such as CompTIA, CCENT, or Network+.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in technical or vocational roles such as Computer Hardware Repair, Infrastructure Cabling, Network Deployment, or Data Center Operations.
• Ability to travel to active data center sites as required by business needs.

Responsibilities

• Moving and implementing large enterprise equipment.
• Installing Fiber and Copper cabling and patching cabling between equipment.
• Ensuring proper safety and security standards during cabling and rack installation.
• Following well established hardware installation procedures and break-fix activities.
• Safely using material handling tools and equipment.
• Traveling within and outside of the regional work area as required; must have reliable vehicle and valid driver''s license.
