Job summary

Amazon is seeking Network Install Technicians to join a diverse team supporting data centers and AWS global infrastructure. You will move and install large enterprise equipment, install fiber and copper cabling, and follow strict safety standards while traveling as needed within the regional work area.

The role requires a High School diploma and 1+ year in hardware repair or data center operations, with certifications encouraged.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience in hardware repair, infrastructure cabling, network deployment, or data center operations.
• Knowledge of network cabling, optic types, and test equipment.
• Industry standard certifications (CompTIA, CCENT, Network+).

Responsibilities

• Move and install large enterprise equipment.
• Install fiber and copper cabling and patching between equipment.
• Ensure safety and security standards during cabling and rack installation.
• Follow hardware installation procedures and break-fix activities.
• Travel within and outside the regional work area as required.
• Possess reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
