Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking an Infrastructure Delivery Installation Technician in Virginia to install and rack large enterprise equipment, run fiber and copper cabling, and perform break-fix activities.

You will work in a 24/7 environment and travel within the region as needed. Applicants should have a high school diploma and 2+ years in relevant roles, with preferred certifications (CompTIA, CCENT, Network+).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of experience in hardware repair, infrastructure cabling, network deployment, data center operations or related roles.
• Certifications such as CompTIA, CCENT, or Network+ are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Move and implement large enterprise equipment.
• Install fiber and copper cabling and patch cabling between equipment.
• Maintain safety and security standards during cabling and rack installation.
• Follow established hardware installation procedures and break-fix activities.
• Safely use material handling tools and equipment.
