Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking an Area Supervisor to lead and develop restaurant teams across up to four locations. You will drive operational excellence, coach store leadership, and ensure quality, service and cleanliness while meeting health standards.

The role requires strong problem-solving, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to travel regularly. Prior McDonald’s restaurant management experience is preferred, with Hamburger University graduates strongly favored.

Qualifications

• 5 years McDonalds restaurant management experience preferred.
• Hamburger University Graduate.
• Friendly and outgoing; comfortable standing for full shifts.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching and direction, develop people and improve restaurant operations.
• Manage 2–4 McDonalds locations to maximize long-term sales and profit and ensure standards.
• Travel regularly to assigned restaurants to support management teams.
• Analyze sales trends and identify opportunities for growth; implement promotional/operational programs.
• Complete monthly cash and security audits and enforce policies for safety and assets.
