Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking a Supervisor to run a profitable restaurant and uphold the chain’s critical standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. You will work with restaurant leaders to set goals and build plans to reach them, and you will guide General Managers who oversee multiple locations.

Ideal candidates have supervisory experience in high-volume environments, with a background in quick service, hospitality, or retail.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in high-volume locations.
• Background in quick service restaurants preferred.
• Experience in hospitality or retail acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant and ensure Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
• Lead General Managers across multiple restaurants and coach their performance.
• Assist in hiring and developing salaried managers to build a strong leadership team.
• Manage restaurant P&L and drive plan execution to meet goals.
