Job summary

McDonald’s Area Supervisor position oversees operational performance, leadership development, and guest experience across multiple restaurants. You will coach General Managers, audit operations, and guide teams to uphold brand standards while driving continuous improvement.

Must be capable of traveling between stores and leading in a fast-paced environment. The role requires years of management experience, the ability to coach across locations, and strong knowledge of food safety and KPIs.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years prior management experience; prior GM experience preferred.
• Experience managing multiple locations and direct reports of all experience levels.
• ServSafe certification required to be obtained and active throughout tenure.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in modeling accountability, professionalism, and brand values.
• Provide hands-on coaching and leadership development to General Managers and department leaders.
• Monitor and support performance metrics across locations (OSAT, labor cost, etc.).
• Conduct audits of safety, inventory, scheduling, and service standards.
• Facilitate regular GM meetings and communicate with upper management.
