Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct a team of 1–3 mechanical installers.
• May lead operations on alternate shifts when the primary supervisor is off-site.
• Provide training, coaching, and support to less experienced personnel.
• Lead daily stand-up meetings when required.
