Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 4–6 years related experience.
• Valid driver license.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Frame metal stud or wood framed walls and ceilings; finish drywall in preparation for finishes.
• Repair and paint walls, doors, floors and fixtures; repair plumbing (leaks, sinks, toilets).
• Replace lighting components, ceiling tiles, and grid; perform minor electrical repairs.
• Install wood trim (base, crown molding, chair rail, door trim).
• Assemble/install lockers, benches, toilet accessories and partitions.
• Maintain doors and hardware; complete accurate paperwork for duties.
