Job summary

ServiceMASTER is seeking a Large Loss Restoration Manager to oversee large commercial loss projects, including water, fire, and smoke restoration, across multiple sites. The role requires readiness to travel on short notice and extended time away from home.

You will manage crews and subcontractors, coordinate with insurers, and ensure profitability and timely project completion. Ideal candidates have prior large loss restoration experience, strong project management skills, and a proven ability

Qualifications

• Must be able to travel on short notice and be away from home for extended periods.
• Must have project management experience.
• Must have large loss restoration background.
• Must have good customer service skills.
• Must have a sense of urgency, problem solving, and decision making.
• Familiar with Windows and Microsoft Office; Xactimate a plus.
• Must possess excellent written and verbal skills.
• Must be able to estimate project value.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating large commercial losses to determine work to be performed.
• Manage and schedule activities of all personnel including subcontractors on the jobsite to ensure efficient operation and timely completion of the job.
• Establish an approved vendor network for various locations.
• Develop and maintain a business relationship with insurance adjusters and general contractors.
• Work with facility managers and insurance adjusters and serve as a liaison between the customer and insurance carrier.
• Manage all projects from start to finish while maintaining profitability and minimizing business interruption for the customer.
• Perform restoration and drying in large commercial buildings.
• Ensure that all work is performed in a safe manner and all safety rules are followed.
