Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair coffee, espresso machines, ovens, and related equipment.
• Diagnose issues, replace defective parts, and verify functionality after repair.
• Maintain up-to-date service logs and detailed issue/times reporting.
• Communicate status and issues clearly with dispatch and customers.
• Provide emergency repairs and preventative maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Assist and train store personnel in basic troubleshooting.
