Job summary

Marangoni Tread North America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to combine hands-on maintenance with direct customer interaction.

This role involves diagnosing, repairing, installing, and refurbishing industrial equipment, with travel up to 75% from our Nashville area operations. You will work with the Technical Services team to provide expert support, perform annual process checks, and uphold high customer-satisfaction standards in the retreading industry.

Qualifications

• Technical degree preferred or relevant military training.
• Candidates with other backgrounds and applicable work experience are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose & Repair: use tools and testing equipment to identify and fix malfunctions.
• Perform Inspections to ensure equipment operates per standards.
• Customer Interaction: demonstrate operation, provide instructions and address questions.
• Technical Analysis: review test data and reports to determine repair methods.
• Documentation: create repair docs to enable customers to manage repairs.
• Customer Satisfaction: deliver industry-leading service and manage issues for each account.
