You’ll train for four weeks and advance through rotations, with per diem, mileage reimbursement, and performance bonuses. This is a field‑based job with no fixed office, and relocation assistance is available near airports.

Qualifications

• Must have a technical degree or equivalent hands‑on experience in electrical, mechanical, or automation engineering.
• Working knowledge of electrical systems, programming, and networking is preferred.
• Willingness to travel and be away from home on rotation is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support data center startups with on-site mechanical, electrical, and control checks.
• Lead startup, checkout, and acceptance testing for warehouse and manufacturing systems.
• Collaborate with automation and controls engineers to test and troubleshoot on-site.
• Provide clear updates to customers and project teams to maintain progress.
• Travel rotations follow a on/off schedule (e.g., 5 on/2 off, 10 on/4 off, 14 on/7 off).
• Gain real-world experience with large clients while being supported by ProAutomated.
