Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Field Reimbursement Specialist to educate provider offices on insurance, reimbursement, and access for specialty medications. You will travel within a defined territory to support patient access and resolve coverage barriers.

Ideal candidates have pharma reimbursement experience, knowledge of prior authorizations and appeals, and strong MS Office skills. Positions require substantial travel and a willingness to obtain PACS within six months.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant practice management experience preferred.
• Previous experience as Field Reimbursement Manager/Specialist preferred.
• Experience in resolving pharmacy benefit access issues in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Educate providers and staff on insurance and reimbursement topics.
• Assist patient access by resolving reimbursement challenges.
• Collaborate with patient assistance and reimbursement services.
• Travel weekly within territory to provider sites.
• Deliver education on coverage, payer policy changes, and access paths.
