Bond Partners in San Francisco is seeking a full-time Family Assistant/House Manager to support a busy family with two children aged 5 and 8. You will manage daily household tasks, meals, laundry, and coordination with the family and teachers, while maintaining a detailed operations manual and a shared task list.

The role requires hands-on organization, exact adherence to family methods, and close collaboration with an executive assistant.

Competenze

• Sharp, with it, and low ego.
• Attention to detail and ability to learn family methods precisely.
• Willingness to travel and spend time in different cities (all company paid).
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.

Mansioni

• Handle family laundry following the household system, including delicates and quality garments.
• Cook simple, well-executed family meals and finish sous vide as needed.
• Tidy, wash dishes, and maintain counters; note deep cleaning is handled by a cleaner.
• Occasionally drive kids after school and coordinate activity logistics with parents.
