Part-time, on-site position with flexible hours for events. Requires 2+ years of experience, English fluency, CPR, and a clean driving record; mileage is reimbursed.

Qualifications

• 2 years minimum experience as a Family Assistant with verifiable references.
• Fluency in English.
• COVID vaccination and boosters current; TB and Tdap vaccinated.
• CPR certification.
• Clean driving record with reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Warm, adaptable, and a team player; highly organized and detail oriented.
• Proactive and able to anticipate needs; comfortable with children and household staff.

Responsibilities

• Run errands as needed, including shopping, dry cleaning, pickups, and drop-offs (use own car; mileage reimbursed).
• Schedule and coordinate basic appointments and service visits.
• Assist nanny with children as needed.
• Fold laundry and maintain tidy spaces.
• Prepare snacks for kids as needed.
• Support housekeeping with packing, unpacking, and family travel lists.
• Organize and maintain order throughout the home; collect mail and packages.
• Execute tasks and special projects as directed by leadership.
• Care for family dog including arranging grooming; ensure vendors are not disturbed on-site.
