Mortenson is seeking an Electrical Manager to lead electrical governance, quality, training, and field support across a portfolio of energy storage projects. The role requires regular travel to project sites and may be 100% travel or 50-75% travel with remote work options.

You will collaborate with project teams, SMEs, and crafts personnel to ensure safe, compliant, and reliable electrical execution. Responsibilities include audits, FAT participation, pre-energization walks, and coordinating

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Electrician's license is required.
• Eight+ years of electrical construction management experience.
• Experience with mobilization to turnover on projects.
• Knowledge of NEC and safety codes.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Review lockout/tagout plans for alignment with project requirements.
• Review energization plans, MOPs, and SWOs.
• Review and approve electrical procedures within authority.
• Provide and participate in owner presentations on electrical planning.
• Perform electrical installation audits and participate in FAT.
• Lead pre-energization walks and address readiness gaps.
• Deliver training on LOTO, ZEP, and PPE requirements.
• Travel to project sites to provide hands-on leadership and support.
• Support troubleshooting of installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Drive warranty actions and translate findings into improvements.
