Job summary

Premier Housing Management & Development, LLC is seeking a Compliance Specialist for our Des Moines, IA sites. The role focuses on auditing property files for HUD Section 8 and 42 subsidy compliance and training site staff on policy adherence.

The position requires relocation to Des Moines area with full-time in-office duties and travel to IA sites as needed. The candidate must have at least 2 years of on-site compliance processing experience, with COS/TCCS/AHM certification preferred.

• Interact with site staff to address inadequacies in submissions and ensure policy adherence.
• Maintain tracking systems and software like Yardi and Compliance Tracker.
