HRDC IX, Inc. is seeking a part-time Compliance Specialist to support the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program as a field agent. The role focuses on program compliance, eligibility monitoring, and data management across Caseworthy and HAPPY databases.

Responsibilities include conducting inspections, assisting applicants, and guiding landlords to comply with S8 rules. Travel within service areas and strong attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in psychology/social services/education or related field.
• Ability to read, interpret, and write routine documents and correspondence in English and Spanish.
• Proficient with spreadsheets and multiple databases; willingness to learn new software.
• Has valid State Driver License and reliable vehicle.
• Excellent attention to detail and self-motivation to work with others.

Responsibilities

• Support compliance activities for the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program.
• Monitor eligibility and benefit compliance for housing programs and document processes.
• Maintain data entry and reporting in Caseworthy and HAPPY databases; ensure timely reports.
• Collaborate with program teams and customers to uphold quality service.
• Travel within Gallatin, Park and Meagher Counties for inspections as needed.
