AAA-USA Inc in North Carolina is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment including CNC and PLC-controlled systems used in automated manufacturing.

This role requires hands-on maintenance, preventive programs, CMMS data entry, rigging and installation support, and strict adherence to OSHA and safety standards. Travel/relocation to Kinston, NC may be required.

Competenze

High school diploma or GED required.
2–5 years of industrial/electro-mechanical maintenance experience.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Experience reading electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical docs.
Hands-on with hand/power tools and maintenance equipment.
Experience with CNC and/or PLC systems.
Good verbal and written English communication.

Mansioni

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery to ensure reliability and availability.
Inspect, troubleshoot, test, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment.
Follow established preventive maintenance plans and work orders.
Diagnose equipment problems and determine necessary repairs to prevent downtime.
Troubleshoot PLC- and CNC-controlled equipment using schematics, diagrams, and specs.
Maintain CMMS records and document maintenance activities.
Rig, install, relocate, and dismantle equipment as required.
Adhere to OSHA, FOD, and safety standards.
