Job summary

AAA USA Inc is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment, CNC machinery, PLC systems, and tooling. Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnosing problems, and ensuring safety standards are met.

Candidates should have 2–5 years in industrial maintenance, strong mechanical and electrical skills, and experience with CNC/PLC systems. Relocation assistance and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2–5 years in industrial, manufacturing, or electro‑mechanical maintenance.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and tooling.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, test, repair mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Follow preventive maintenance plans and schedules.
• Diagnose problems and determine necessary repairs to avoid downtime.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems using schematics and diagrams.
• Maintain PLC- and CNC-controlled equipment and automated systems.
• Operate and maintain automated manufacturing equipment and gantry systems.
• Disassemble, repair, reassemble, and install equipment as needed.
• Move and rig heavy equipment safely for installation or relocation.
• Order parts and materials required for maintenance tasks.
• Document maintenance activities in the CMMS and keep records up to date.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and equipment standards.
