Job summary

AAA-USA Inc is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery, including CNC and PLC-controlled equipment, gantry systems, and tooling. The role requires hands-on problem solving and compliance with safety standards.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, work with automated manufacturing equipment, and use a CMMS to document activities. Relocation assistance and benefits are available as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have 2–5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience reading electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints.
• Hands-on experience with hand and power tools.
• Experience with CNC and PLC systems.
• Good verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, test, and repair mechanical and electrical systems.
• Follow preventive maintenance plans and schedules.
• Diagnose problems and determine repairs to prevent downtime.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems using schematics and diagrams.
• Operate and maintain CNC- and PLC-controlled equipment.
• Move and install heavy equipment safely using rigging methods.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and CMMS entries.
