Job summary

Ragnar Benson Construction is seeking motivated Field Engineers to support passenger and heavy rail construction, data centers, and commercial building projects across the United States. This role provides hands-on involvement in project planning, scheduling, quality control, and field operations.

You will travel nationwide, with on-site work for two weeks followed by a four-day home rotation. Per diem of $1,020 per week is provided, plus a company vehicle and fuel card for assigned sites.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel nationwide for project assignments.
• Ability to work on-site for extended periods on construction sites.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
