American Traveler is hiring a Radiology Technologist for a Level II Trauma Center with 2+ years of experience and C-arm proficiency for a mix of inpatient, outpatient, ED, and OR cases.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of radiology experience.
• BLS and ARRT certification required.
• License required if applicable.
• C-arm experience required; trauma experience at any level required.
• O-arm experience preferred.
• EPIC EMR experience required.
• Experience with Shimadzu portables, Siemens and GE scanners and C-arms.

Responsibilities

• Level II Trauma Center and Primary Stroke Center with Magnet designation, 255 beds.
• Radiology department with 4 X-ray rooms, 2 fluoro rooms, 3 portables, and 6 C-arms.
• Patient population ranges from neonate to geriatric with approximately 15% pediatric cases (experience preferred).
• Covers inpatient, outpatient, ED, and OR patient types with 1:1 ratios.
• 10-hour day shifts, majority scheduled 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM with occasional PM or overnight coverage.
• 40 standard hours per week.
• Weekend rotation required, 2 weekends per month.
• No on-call requirements.
• Floating limited to within the facility only.
• Perform radiologic imaging across a range of patient acuities and care settings including ED, OR, inpatient, and outpatient.
• Orientation up to 40 hours based on comfort level.
• Holiday coverage may be required as needed per unit.
• Facility provides procedural scrubs.
