Overview

Radiology Tech - CT Tech is a travel assignment in Atlanta, GA. Start date 11/02/2026 for a 13-week contract in a hospital setting. Weekly pay ranges from $2,674 to $2,890 per week, with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Shift is Night 12x3. This role involves CT imaging with GE scanners and EPIC computer software, supporting Level 1 trauma, stroke, and burn imaging protocols. ARRT CT certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging using multiple GE CT scanners (two older platform units and five Revolution platform units) per approved protocols.
• Position patients and select appropriate imaging parameters to optimize image quality and minimize radiation exposure.
• Administer or coordinate contrast administration as required by protocol and medical orders, ensuring patient safety.
• Acquire, review, and transfer CT images to the EPIC system; document studies and ensure accurate patient labeling.
• Follow ALARA principles, maintain radiation safety standards, and participate in safety and quality control activities.
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and referring clinicians to support timely and accurate diagnostic imaging, including trauma, stroke, and burn cases.
• Maintain equipment readiness, perform basic troubleshooting, and report device issues to biomedical engineering as needed.
