American Traveler seeks a Radiation Therapist with ARRT(R)(T) certification for a hospital radiation oncology position in Florida. Florida license may be required. BLS certification is also required, along with graduation from a CAAHEA-accredited program.

Minimum 1 year of permanent experience in the specialty for Ohio locations and active certifications with no pending licenses are required at the time of consideration.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification required.
• Florida license required if applicable.
• AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification required.
• Graduate of a CAAHEA-accredited School of Radiation Therapy Technology.
• Minimum 1 year combined permanent experience in specialty for Ohio locations.
• Active certifications required at time of consideration; no pending licenses accepted.

Responsabilités

• Hospital-based Radiation Therapist position in a Radiation Therapy unit.
• Varying day shifts, 7a-3p or 8a-4p.
• Weekend and holiday on-call rotations required.
• May float to other CCHS facilities as needed.
• Experience with radiation oncology EMR and record/verify systems.
• Experience with external radiation therapy, IMRT, IGRT, CT simulation preferred.
• Deliver radiation therapy treatments and support department operations.
• EKG and Pharmacology testing required during orientation; max 2 attempts each.
• Travelers expected to work every other holiday.
• COVID-10 and Flu vaccines required with exemptions only.
• Smoke-free facility with a strict do-not-call-in policy.
• Local candidates accepted at the same bill rate.
• Permanent and per diem staff cannot return to Cleveland Clinic for 1 year.
• RTO must be discussed and finalized prior to consideration.
