Job summary

ADB Companies, LLC is seeking a Travel QA/QC Specialist to provide outside plant QA/QC support on telecom construction sites. This full-time, on-site role is based in Montana with nationwide travel. The position performs inspections, manual labor, and onsite documentation while ensuring safety and quality according to customer specifications.

A strong work ethic and ALL IN attitude are required. Valid driver’s license is required; Class A CDL is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate.
• Manual laborer environment in outside weather conditions strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to drive a company vehicle.
• Class A CDL License strongly preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Performs general inspections and QA reviews of various size and scope utility construction placement projects.
• Performs general manual labor to resolve QAQC issues (digging, restoration, etc.).
• Creates onsite documentation including photos, redlines, reports, status trackers.
• Consistently meets production expectations set by management.
• Engages in training with experienced team members on installations, prints, and equipment.
• Reads prints and construction drawings to ensure quality work per specs.
• Maintains safety and cleanliness on site; adheres to safety standards.
• Participates in pre-task and safety assessments and supports safety culture.
• Performs other duties as requested.
