Job summary

ADB Companies, LLC in Pacific, MO is seeking a Level I Technician, Field to provide critical field data for various utility construction projects within the OSP Engineering department. The role visits job sites to perform QAQC, inspections, surveys, and verification support for the team.

The ideal candidate will be safety-focused with strong attention to detail, customer-centric and quality-driven, with the ALL IN attitude.

Qualifications

2+ years of field telecommunications experience.
Experience in OSP QAQC or locating preferred.
Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Performs field technician functions for OSP projects, including QAQC, inspections, surveys, and design verification.
Uses ARCGIS to collect data in the field and uploads to GIS systems.
Able to climb manholes, walk routes for utility locating, and create butterfly diagrams.
Verify existing duct using rod and roping.
Coordinate access with local owners and municipalities for jobsites.
Collect visual and GIS data to support make-ready surveys.
Read and interpret construction drawings and engineering plans.
Provide reporting on collected data as requested.
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
