Requirements

• License required if applicable
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• No new graduates accepted
• Experience in orthopedics, outpatient, personal injury, and workers' compensation required
• Travel pairs accepted

Responsibilities

• Outpatient orthopedic clinic setting treating personal injury and workers' comp cases
• Monday through Thursday schedule with two shifts 7 AM-3 PM and two shifts 11 AM-7 PM, plus Friday 7/8 AM-3/4 PM
• No weekend scheduling required
• 13-week contract length
• Average caseload of 12-14 patients per day, approximately 60 patients per week
• Clinics typically double book patients, so caseload numbers remain consistent regardless of scheduled appointments
• Uses RainTree EMR for documentation
• Full support staff including front office and PT Aides/Techs available at every location
• Clinicians carry a similar patient caseload to facility employees
• First day orientation (FDI) provided by Clinic Director, including staff introductions, EMR training on RainTree, and shadowing treatments
• Second day typically involves treating patients independently
