American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for an Outpatient Orthopedics clinic in Springfield, Virginia. Requires 2+ years of experience in ortho, outpatient, personal injury, and workers' comp cases.

Caseload averages 12–14 patients per day with no weekends, schedule Monday through Thursday, Noon to 8 PM and Friday 10 AM to 6 PM. 13-week contract with RainTree EMR and full support staff; travel pairs accepted.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA required where applicable.
• Minimum 2 years of experience.

American Traveler is seeking a PTA for an Outpatient Orthopedics clinic requiring 2+ years of experience in ortho, outpatient, personal injury, and workers comp cases.

Requirements

• No new grads accepted

Responsibilities

• Outpatient clinic setting specializing in orthopedics, personal injury, and workers comp cases
• Caseload averages 12-14 patients per day, approximately 60 patients per week
• Schedule is Monday through Thursday, Noon to 8 PM, and Fridays 10 AM to 6 PM
• No weekend scheduling required
• 13-week contract length
• Uses RainTree EMR for documentation
• Full support staff at every location including front office and PT Aides/Techs to assist with patient flow
• Clinic Director provides a First Day Information packet before assignment start, including staff introductions and EMR training
• First day includes meeting staff, EMR orientation, and shadowing treatments; second day involves full patient treatment
• Clinicians carry a similar caseload to employed staff, with most locations double booking appointments
• Travel pairs accepted
