Job summary

Critical Connection, inc in Hackensack, New Jersey is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for a 13-week assignment in a skilled nursing facility. You will deliver hands-on care to patients, focusing on functional mobility, gait training, and patient interaction.

This role offers 40 hours per week, days shift, competitive weekly pay, housing and travel stipends, and a $1,200 CEU allowance. New grads are welcome; active PTA license preferred, SNF experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Active (or pending) state PTA license.
• SNF experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PT treatments under the supervision of a PT
• Assist patients with mobility, strength, balance, and transfers
• Monitor patient response and communicate progress to PT
• Document treatments accurately and timely
