Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Active (or pending) state PTA license required.
• SNF experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA treatments under supervision of a PT.
• Assist patients with mobility, strength, balance, and transfers.
• Monitor patient response and communicate progress to the PT.
• Document treatments accurately and timely.
