Job summary

Critical Connection, inc seeks a travel Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for a SNF setting in Ewing, New Jersey. You will deliver hands-on care to patients recovering in a skilled nursing environment, with a focus on functional mobility and gait training. New grads are welcome.

The role involves inpatient mobility work and patient interaction, with guaranteed hours and a travel-focused schedule. Housing and travel stipends are provided, along with license reimbursement and a CEU allowance.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Active (or pending) state PTA license
• SNF experience preferred, not required

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PT treatments under the supervision of a PT
• Assist patients with mobility, strength, balance, and transfers
• Monitor patient response and communicate progress to PT
• Document treatments accurately and timely
