Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for an assignment in Westminster, Colorado. The PT will evaluate, plan, and implement care for varied patient populations in an acute care setting, while supervising PTAs and support staff.

Start date is 01/04/2027 with a 13-week duration and 40 hours per week, shift 8 hours during the day. Candidates should have 1 year of experience (6 months may be accepted for exceptional candidates) and must hold BLS and state-specific licensing.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience recommended; exceptional candidates with 6 months may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop a plan of care for patients in the acute care setting.
• Oversee supervising PTAs and therapy support staff.
• Bill within setting and adhere to facility guidelines.
• Coordinate with Medical Center personnel and physicians to ensure a team-focused plan of care.
• Understand adaptive equipment and equipment needs.
• Evaluate and modify plan of care as patient condition changes.
• Utilize hospital computer systems for daily tasks.
• Provide timely and accurate documentation per state and insurance guidelines.
