Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy with NPTE passage.
• Must have graduated from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation and provide direct patient care.
• Develop and implement a treatment plan with goals aligned to patient capacity and tolerance.
• Document patient status and educate patients and families on therapy methods.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to plan and evaluate patient progress.
