Job summary

TotalMed Allied seeks a licensed Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Windsor, CO. The PT will evaluate patients, develop and execute a care plan, and coordinate with physicians to ensure optimal outcomes. A strong focus on documentation and compliance is required, with supervision of PTAs as needed.

The role requires 6 months of experience (6 months may be accepted for exceptional candidates) and BLS plus state licensure. Start date is 11/30/2026, 40 hours per week, days shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months clinical experience; new grads encouraged.
• BLS certification and state licensing required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop plans of care for diverse patient populations in acute care.
• Oversee PTAs and therapy staff; ensure documentation meets state/insurance guidelines.
• Coordinate with physicians and center staff to implement team-based care.
