Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Medford, Oregon. The role involves evaluating patients, designing personalized rehabilitation plans, and delivering evidence-based therapy in hospital, clinic, or rehab settings.

The position requires a valid PT license in the state, current BLS, and a commitment to high-quality patient care. New grads are welcome to apply; relocation may be supported by the agency.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy is preferred; New Grads welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and history to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain; educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical record.
