Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week assignment in Medford, Oregon. The PT will evaluate and treat patients in hospitals, clinics, and rehab settings, delivering evidence-based care and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team. Start ASAP with 40 hours per week, days shift.

Requirements include an active PT license and BLS certification. New graduates are welcome; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• New grads welcome to apply; Doctorate is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests and history to identify functional limitations.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments.
• Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate PT equipment safely and maintain devices.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to optimize care.
• Educate patients on home programs and safety to promote recovery.
